Position Vacant – Clerical Officer

Applications are invited for the position of Clerical Officer at the Embassy of Japan.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the research and preparation of speeches and press releases and general administrative work associated with the Japanese.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • At least five (5) years’ experience in an office environment.
  • Excellent Computer Skills. (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Basic Japanese Language ability.

  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Must be able to work in a team.
  • Must possess good public relations and communication skills.
