A courtesy call by JICA Technical Cooperation (individual expert) Dr Nishikawa

On 17th February, Dr Nishikawa, who undertook his duties as an individual expert, and worked as Advisor for JICA Technical Cooperation entitled "Sustainable Forest Resource Management Advisor", paid a courtesy call on Ambassador HIGUCHI before his return to Japan after completing his two-year term.
Dr Nishikawa not only worked on this project, but also served as a forest resource management expert in the "The Project Capacity Development for Sustainable Forest Resource Management in Solomon Islands", which was implemented between 2017 and 2022. Through his work, he contributed to the sustainable management of forest resources and the improvement of community livelihoods in Solomon Islands.
All of us at the Embassy hope that Dr Nishikawa's activities and aspirations will be passed down to the people of Solomon Islands for generations to come.
