The Embassy of Japan in Solomon Islands is seeking for the bright applicants to fulfill the position of a Clerical Officer.

Duties:
  • Producting documents and reports on the tasks in the Embassy
  • Negotiating with the persons of government and other stakeholders on the tasks in the Embassy
  • Coordinating the tasks in the Embassy
  • General administrative work, etc.
  • Driving for the task of the Embassy and by its staff
 
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Excellent knowledge in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent driving skills
 
Qualities:
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Must be able to work in a team.
  • Must possess good public relations and communication skills.
