Duties:
- Producting documents and reports on the tasks in the Embassy
- Negotiating with the persons of government and other stakeholders on the tasks in the Embassy
- Coordinating the tasks in the Embassy
- General administrative work, etc.
- Driving for the task of the Embassy and by its staff
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Excellent knowledge in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent driving skills
Qualities:
- Must be self-motivated.
- Must be able to work in a team.
- Must possess good public relations and communication skills.
