On 18th January, 2024, Grant Contract Signing Ceremony for the Grant Assistance for Grass-Roots Human Security Projects (GGP) was held at the Embassy of Japan. Ambassador MIWA Yoshiaki signed a contract with Mr. Darren Kent, Principal, Areatakiki Seventh-day Adventist Primary School.
The Government of Japan will provide grant assistance up to US$87,147, which will provide a new classroom building to Areatakiki Seventh-day Adventist Primary School Management Committee. This assistance will provide a better learning environment for the students in Areatakiki.
