Position Vacant – Clerical Officer

Applications are invited for the position of Clerical Officer at the Embassy of Japan.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the official letter typing, preparation for diplomatic documents, and coordination of the Embassy’s functions.
Job starting date will be on January 4, 2024.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Excellent Computer Skills. (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Excellent skill to coordinate activities of the Embassy.
  • Must be self-motivated and self-disciplined.
  • Must be able to work in a team.
  • Must possess good public relations and communication skills.
  • Healthy mind and body.
