The Signing Ceremony for “The Project for Construction of Micro Hydropower Plant and Power Transmission Facility for Falake Community” under the Grant Assistance for Grass-Roots Human Security Projects (GGP) programme

   

On 13th March, 2023, Grant Contract Signing Ceremony for the Grant Assistance for Grass-Roots Human Security Projects (GGP) was held at the Embassy of Japan. Ambassador Yoshiaki MIWA signed a contract with Mr. Nicholas Maeoa, Treasurer, Ado Rural Farmers Association.
 
The Government of Japan will provide grant assistance up to US$306,407, which will provide Micro Hydropower Plant and Power Transmission Facility for Falake Community. This assistance will provide access to affordable and sustainable energy for people in Falake community.
